Denial of Unhappiness with OpenAI

As Nvidia's CEO, I want to set the record straight on recent reports suggesting I'm unhappy with OpenAI. Those claims are simply nonsense. My company remains committed to our partnership with the ChatGPT creators.

Investment Plans and Clarifications

Back in September, Nvidia announced intentions to invest up to $100 billion in OpenAI. Despite suggestions that the deal might fall through, I confirmed to reporters in Taipei that we are proceeding with a huge investment. I firmly believe in OpenAI's incredible work and the value they bring to the AI field.

However, when directly asked if the investment would exceed $100 billion, my response was clear: No, nothing like that. This adjustment reflects our strategic priorities without diminishing our support for OpenAI.

Most investors fare better with broad index funds and ETFs than trying to pick winning stocks, as data shows active managers consistently lag the market.
