According to the Wall Street Journal, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, and Google cofounder Sergey Brin will be the first four members of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).

Panel Leadership and Size

  • Starts with 13 members, potentially growing to 24.
  • Co-chaired by David Sacks (Trump's AI and crypto czar) and Michael Kratsios (White House tech advisor).

Council's Role

The White House announced in January that PCAST will advise the President on matters involving science, technology, education, and innovation policy, with a focus on weighing in on AI policy.
